Non-elected members of the Peapack-Gladstone Open Space Advisory Committee are nominated by the Mayor and appointed annually by Borough Council to serve three-year terms. Generally, appointments are drawn as follows:
- One member currently serving on the Borough Land Use Board;
- One member currently serving on the Environmental Commission;
- One member currently serving on the Recreation Commission; and
- Three members at-large who are residents of the Borough.
